When looking for a job through Express Employment Professionals, a person can log onto their website and search jobs by industry, location and keywords.

“We’re really just trying to change the way that companies are finding people and ultimately changing the way people are finding their next career,” Drainer said.

Hiring employees

When hiring employees, it’s important that you get to know them so that you can figure out if they would be a good fit for the company, as well as for the other employees.

A business can not be successful if the employees do not want to work together.

“I think ultimately it starts with having the right people,” Drainer said. “You’ve got to hire the right people on the team.”

You should be able to trust and empower the new employees, as well as share the company culture with them.

Being a leader.

How do you empower your employees and get to the place of trust?

Business leaders all have different methods to empower their employees such as continuous training to sitting down individuals each month or every few months to see how everything is going.

“I think trying to be a servant leader toward my team is why my business is successful” said Drainer.

Serving your team and being there for them, whether that’s for the positive or negatives, is important.

When it comes to empowering, trusting and sharing company culture with employees, a business leader needs to think of ways he or she can do this.

For Drainer, it’s serving his team.
