The podcast is a digital radio format available on iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, iHeart Radio, and other podcast platforms.  The podcast is also available on the positivelywv.com website and social media channels. The podcast is hosted by long-time media professional, Jim Matuga.  Weekly distribution is scheduled for Thursdays.

A weekly blog leverages the audio and video content into a search engine-optimized news feature for the www.positivelywv.com web site. This blog is used in social media promotion and will help search ranking for the companies mentioned in the content. It also helps drive traffic to the www.positivelywv.com website, increasing the visibility of the mission.

Facebook LIVE video streaming

Each episode is recorded in a professional studio and is live-streamed from Morgantown, WV on the days of the recording.  This enables viewers to get an innovative, “behind the scenes” look into the interview in its raw, un-edited version before it is produced for the podcast channels.  Typically, each of these livestream events receives thousands of video views and significant social media engagement.

Positively West Virginia Small Business Mastermind

Every week, we gather like-minded people around a virtual ZOOM meeting room to help West Virginia small business owners and leaders – WIN.  It’s a chance for our viewers to eaves drop on some of the most relevant business topics of today.  Of course, we stream this 60 minute program LIVE on Facebook through our Positively West Virginia page as well as our entire statewide distribution network with our media partner WVNEWS.com.  The Positively West Virginia Small Business Mastermind video program reaches thousands of viewers on the Facebook video channel and is not part of the podcast channels.

Positively West Virginia is seeking sponsors/partners to help in our mission to advance and equip small business leaders in West Virginia.  We are also developing grant applications for funding purposes.

Future plans for Positively West Virginia include elementary and secondary education programs, entrepreneurial curriculum development, a video interview program concept, and increased video production and distribution capabilities.
