John Obrist is the Owner of WineJug in Weirton, West Virginia. John received his BS from Ithaca College and his MBA from Penn State University.

John has been married for 29 years to Ledea Obrist with four kids (ages 20, 19, 19, and 16) – yes, 3 in college!

WineJug is a wine specialty retail store and online company designed to offer incredible wine across a spectrum of price ranges. Since John and his team try to personally taste many of the wines they sell, the descriptions and tasting notes are based on their honest evaluations of the wine as opposed to the copy and paste regurgitations you’ll find other websites.

As a small business, they offer a personal touch that other companies can’t. WineJug is passionate about satisfying every customer; they promote other small businesses, care about what you think and help you enjoy delicious wine.
