Episode 213 - Brittany Fink - Brittany Anne's Events
/

Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Brittany Fink has called Morgantown home since graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law. Today, she is the proud owner of Brittany Anne’s Events.

Fink practiced law for five years before transitioning to the WVU staff as an Employee Relations Investigator. After starting a new career with the university, she expanded her career repertoire to include wedding planning, coordination, and rentals.

A renaissance woman of sorts, Fink operates the wedding planning service and has grown the business from a one-woman show to include an incredible team of employees. Brittany Anne’s Events strives to provide unique rentals that ‘wow’ guests at weddings, bridal showers, birthdays and holiday parties, tailgates, and other special events.

The rental aspect of their services includes everything from arches, chairs, flower walls, signs, and more.

“Brittany Anne’s Events is the love child of mine,” said Fink. “I truly do love the moments that you get with clients for their big days––weddings, baby showers, and anniversaries.”

During the pandemic, the planning crew had over 30 weddings. At one point, they were toting eight weddings in only four weeks. Fink and her husband also started Tucker’s Treasures, a pallet and liquidation resell company, and another business, The Forever Rose Room––a selfie studio and event space.

Tucker’s Treasures has become a sensation in Monongalia County, selling overstock items like furniture, home decor, kitchen material, and more.

The event planner was voted Best of West Virginia for Wedding Planning and Coordination and Wedding Rentals by WV Weddings Magazine.
