- 00:31- 2:32: Jim introduces today’s guest, Zach Abraham, co-founder of Align HR, which provides human resources services to small and medium-size businesses throughout West Virginia and the surrounding states. Jim asks Abraham to give the audience some insight into his personal life.
- 2:33-4:46: Abraham talks about his West Virginia roots and growing up on a farm and the lessons those taught him at an early age. Abraham graduated from WVU and was a walk-on on the football team. He goes on to talk about how Align HR was formed.

- 6:15-9:00: Abraham discusses his love for West Virginia and the doors that led to him wanting to start an HR firm at home. He talks about the need there was and the success they’ve had helping companies.

- 9:08-10:46: Abraham says that probably the most exciting thing that we’re working on is that they’re working with a software developer on how to create culture and the benefits a company will see from that. He also mentions that he’s excited for helping the launch of the West Virginia Small-Business Conference this September.

- 11:22-12:53: “One of the most nerve-racking thing as a business owner is being responsible for other people’s livelihood and how are we going to make sure that we have enough business to support all of the people we employee.”

- 13:00-17:01: “I think the best thing about being in business in West Virginia is having the opportunity to meet a lot of great people along the way.” Abraham goes onto discuss the software he mentioned previously in the interview.
