  • 00:31-2:10: Jim introduces today’s guest, Kim Landis, owner and broker of the successful West Virginia realty company, Landis Realty and asks her to take a moment to share some background information with the listeners.

  • 4:08-5:40: “The opening of my new rental and property management business at my office.” Landis also talks about the expansion of her business.

  • 6:16-12:59: “Failing was not an option.” Landis describes the time when shortly after the grand opening of her new office, her family encountered a tragedy with her youngest son who suffered from severe burns and had to be airlifted to the Pittsburgh hospital. He was given a 2% chance to live and made it. Now, Landis was left to deal with hospital bills, a declining economy and a brand new office she just opened up.

  • 13:32-14:04: “I put God first in my life and I never take anyone or anything for granted because you never know when something can turn your world upside down.
