Strategic Resolution Experts, Inc. (SRE), located in Martinsburg, WV, was established in 2007 by Jeannette King, President, CEO and winner of the 2015 U.S. Small Business Administration’s West Virginia District Office Small Business Person of the Year.

Strategic Resolution Experts, Inc. provides services to commercial and government customers. The company is an Accredited ITIL® and Project Management Training provider. Its clientele includes small, medium and large businesses in the commercial and government sectors. SRE has worked in the defense, finance and biotechnology industries, providing IT Governance and IT Service Management services to ensure the highest quality, most cost effective IT Services.

SRE has received contracts from Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Safety Administration, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Department of Treasury, United States Coast Guard, Navy Seaport-e IDIQ, Department of Veterans Affairs, NASA, Air Force, FBI, and the Internal Revenue Service with the help of the certification.

Strategic Resolution Experts, Inc. has 40 employees in ten states; West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Indiana and Alabama. More than half of SRE’s employees are veterans and/or military spouses and almost half of SRE employees are residents of West Virginia. SRE has a dedication to keeping West Virginians and veterans employed.
