Hawley Carlson is the Executive Director of Volunteer West Virginia, the state’s commission on service and volunteerism. Volunteer West Virginia is a small state agency that promotes and supports AmeriCorps, disaster preparedness, and volunteerism.
Hawley has a Master’s of Public Administration and over 15 years in the nonprofit and government administration field. She believes in empowering communities and people to make change. You can find her on weekends in the beautiful West Virginia outdoors.
